About the Project
“Come up with a proposal for optimising both the production and logistics processes based on thorough research; and don’t forget our growth objectives as an interior construction company.” This clear brief was our starting point. Verschuren’s vision was to consolidate two production sites into one new building in Eindhoven; and not just any building, but one with a beautiful and innovative character.
Vicoma’s Role
After analysing the production processes and growth scenarios, we quickly identified the ideal location. We developed a building design featuring a wide range of materials, applied with meticulous attention to detail.
Our integrated design not only created a comfortable working environment but also realised significant cost savings.
Result
A remarkable building where functionality and aesthetics come together seamlessly. An added bonus: the building sits on a key access road in Eindhoven, providing a highly visible location that truly reflects our design.
