About the Project
Peka Kroef has a long-standing tradition of creatively expanding production within their existing factories in Odiliapeel through multiple renovations. However, further growth reached a limit within the current buildings, necessitating a completely new production facility. Vicoma was engaged to design and engineer this new Factory 3.
Vicoma’s Role
Vicoma developed an integrated design for Factory 3, including a seamless connection to the adjacent Factory 2 and partial modifications to the existing factory.
We advanced the design collaboratively within the construction team, balancing functionality with aesthetics. Additionally, we prepared all necessary documentation for the environmental permit application. Our specialists in production lines and machinery were involved to ensure optimal alignment between the building and operational workflow.
Result
The outcome is a clear, functional factory design with exceptional attention to aesthetics; a plan that Peka Kroef can be proud of.
