- Utilisation and refurbishment of the industrial railway track, including connection to the main railway;

- Relocation of high-pressure gas pipelines
- Construction, operation, cost, and benefits analyses of infrastructure;
- Identification of potential subsidies;
- Financing options for infrastructure development;
- Assessment of terminal possibilities, both multimodal and water-based.
